At the Kingskerswell Gardens Roundabout Turn Right, signposted Paignton.
At the 2nd roundabout signposted Preston Down & seafront Turn Left.
Continue onto the seafront, following the coast road (B3201) along its entire length signposted Brixham & Totnes.
Drive passed the Multi Plex Cinema and Crazy Golf to your left.
At the very end of the road at the mini roundabout' Turn Right into Sands Road.
The 2nd road on the left is St Andrews Road.
Aquamarine Guest House is approximately 70 yards up the hill on your right.
