Due to lack of demand we no longer provide evening meals. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

However, there are plenty of places locally to eat out, and all within easy walking distance of the Guest House too.

WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE, children from the age of 5 years old are welcome.

No pets are permitted in the Guest Accommodation areas!

However, we do like to make you aware (due to any allergies one may have) that we (the Proprietors) do own 3 small Chihuahua Dogs and a Cat, all of which reside in our own living quarters which (although separate from the Guesthouse bedrooms) are on the premises.

No Smoking is permitted in the Guest House whatsoever!  
 
In the interest of safety and for the comfort of others, the Guest House operates a strict 'No Smoking Policy' throughout.  
We would ask all guests to respect this during their stay. Smoking is permitted either in the front car parking area or to the rear of the property on the decking area.
